The book also contains physical self-defense instruction and printable safety posters for use at home and in community spaces.

I wrote these books because too many women are being harmed, dismissed, or told to adapt quietly to danger. By making these resources freely available in digital format, I am standing with women who face the most significant risk—especially those who are marginalized, overlooked, or underserved. My goal is not to spread fear, but to share

My goal is not to spread fear, but to share knowledge, build awareness, and help women reclaim a sense of safety, agency, and power in their everyday lives.
